Built in GRP with the latest navigation and communications technology throughout, motor yacht LISA IV recently passed her 10-year ABS survey. A high-performance sports yacht, she is powered by 3 2450HP MTU M93 engines and is capable of reaching an impressive 33 knots in open water. LISA IV’s flexible interior layout can accommodate up to 12 guests across five generously-sized staterooms. Located forward on the lower deck, she also has four staff cabins to accommodate an eight-person crew when cruising. On the main deck, LISA IV’s full-beam owner’s suite is a stunning space to relax and unwind. Finished in sophisticated brown and cream, the owner’s suite features a full entertainment system plus a magnificent full-beam ensuite bathroom with both a whirlpool bath and steam shower. Stairs lead down to the guest accommodation on the lower deck which includes two double and two twin cabins with an additional Pullman bed. Versatile and comfortable, each of the guest staterooms is equipped with an entertainment system and enjoys ensuite bathroom facilities.
Created by award-winning designer Cristiano Gatto, LISA IV’s elegant modern interior has been designed for open-plan living. Spacious and bright, large picture windows flood the living space with natural light and offer an ever-changing ocean backdrop when cruising. A chic modern space for onboard socialising, LISA IV’s vast full-beam salon is located on the main deck. Finished in contrasting shades of chocolate and cream, the salon has several comfortable seating areas and is equipped with a full entertainment system including Apple TV. Forward of the salon is a cosy private cinema room with lounge seating and a 67″ Sharp flat screen TV. Situated adjacent to the owner’s suite with private access via the main deck, the cinema room can also be transformed into an additional cabin as required. With exterior styling by Andrea Bacigalupo, LISA IV’s bold lines and charismatic profile perfectly symbolise her striking Italian design and heritage. Designed for the outdoor lifestyle, her teak decks offer a selection of lounge and dining spaces plus ample room for onboard entertaining. On the main deck, sliding glass doors lead from the salon to LISA IV’s extensive aft deck which can host up to 45 people when at anchor. Set up for entertaining, the aft deck features an al fresco dining area for 10, plus a large sunpad overlooking the ocean. Twin stairs lead down from the aft deck to LISA IV’s large bathing platform which can be used when swimming or enjoying water sports. On the foredeck, you’ll find a casual dining area with built-in seating plus two triple sunpads which offer panoramic views when sunbathing. The ideal spot to unwind while cruising, LISA IV’s spectacular sun deck offers a large lounge and dining area plus a full cocktail bar for evening drinks. Aft of the sundeck, a spa pool is perfect for cooling off after a laidback afternoon spent on one of the oversized sunpads.
